We moved to Heritage Woods in July of 2010 and it feels good to be here. We spent a lot of time researching and visiting other condominium complexes. The quality of construction, the layout of the unit and the convenience to the North Shore and Boston and to our country club were key factors in our decision. Timing was also very important and the Meninno's were able to meet our tight schedule. Most importantly our children and grand children love our new home.

Thank you for making my first months here feel so welcoming.  My journey here came with some uncertainty but I know I am finally home.  Throughout the months here, any particular issues have always been addressed in a very professional and courteous manner.  The line of communication flows easily. So many thanks for allowing me to use my new address at 900 Lynnfield Street as I transitioned from “there to here”.  I was grateful that I did not have to change my address twice.   I feel safe and secure and enjoy the quiet suburban setting yet so close to major highways that are easily accessed.  The grounds are well cared for throughout all seasons.  I look forward to the warm weather ahead and the enjoyment of a sun filled patio.  Thank you Heritage Woods team for bringing me Home.

When we realized that the time had come to downsize and leave our family home of forty years, where we raised our large family and built a great treasure of precious memories, we had a difficult but necessary decision to make.  We looked at many town houses in the area but wanted to remain in "town" where our roots were deep.  Fortunately the very best of adult communities was in Lynnfield at Heritage Woods.  Once we had visited the models and looked over the various details (about 10 times) we decided that this was where we wanted to be.  The process of making our move was made easy by the gracious staff of sales and construction personnel; nothing was a problem.  It is now 6 months since we moved in and realize we made the right decision.  The finctional design and quality of construction and finishing throughout are superb.  The buildings are stylish and dignified, the grounds are peaceful and green, and the maintenance of everything is excellent.  There is plenty of room to entertain our large family and friends at holidays or on other occasions (these are not small townhouses) and the large basement offers plenty of extra space for storage and additional rooms if desired.  Our Heritage Woods neighbors are friendly and warm and we look forward to many years in our beautiful new home.

My husband and I were the very first, to move into Heritage Woods in Lynnfield.  From the first day here until now, a year and 1/2 later we are still  thrilled and happy we made that decision.  It is a life altering decision to sell your family home, and move into a townhouse..one that requires much thought..but when you have finally decided "it is time" this is definitely the place to consider, as it is even nicer then anyone could even imagine.

My wife, Gerri, and I were among the first to take up residence at Heritage Woods. We did so because of three key factors. First was the location, convenient to everything; second was the developer, the Mennino family, long established in the area with a 40 year track record of excellent development; third was the attention to detail, fit and finish of the homes. We had spent many a summer Sunday visiting "active adult communities" throughout Essex County. None, I repeat none, could match the extra touches and outstanding craftsmanship, that made our decision to buy at Heritage Woods an excellent choice. Finally, we had a remarkable realtor, the original listing agent, to work with and in combination with the Menninos, moving to Heritage Woods was on time and trouble free.. We unreservedly recommend Heritage Woods to anyone seeking a quality "age restricted" home in one of Boston's top suburbs.
