First was the location, convenient to everything; second was the developer, the Mennino family, long established in the area with a 40 year track record of excellent development; third was the attention to detail, fit and finish of the homes. We had spent many a summer Sunday visiting "active adult communities" throughout Essex County. None, I repeat none, could match the extra touches and outstanding craftsmanship, that made our decision to buy at Heritage Woods an excellent choice. Finally, we had a remarkable realtor, the original listing agent, to work with and in combination with the Menninos, moving to Heritage Woods was on time and trouble free.. We unreservedly recommend Heritage Woods to anyone seeking a quality "age restricted" home in one of Boston's top suburbs.
