Developer

Nick Meninno and Brian McCarthy are both successful businessmen from the Northshore that have joined together over the last decade in real estate development ventures.

Nick is president and owner of  Meninno Construction, a third generation family business. He has over twenty five years experience in construction and real estate development. His company specializes in the permitting and development of residential and commercial subdivisions.

Brian McCarthy is president and owner of Kelly’s Roastbeef, a second generation family business. Brian has turned one famous restaurant on Revere Beach into 5 successful restaurants in Saugus, Danvers, Medford, and Natick.  Brian was directly involved in the real estate development and construction of all of his restaurants. In addition to Kelly’s Roastbeef, Brian is part of the restaurant development team that created the “Outback Steakhouse” and most recently “Burtons Grill”.

Nick and Brian have successfully permitted and developed several residential and commercial properties, so when the “Good Luck Farm” site in Lynnfield became available, they saw the potential for a high end adult community and joined forces once again to develop Heritage Woods.

Their philosophy at Heritage Woods is consistent with all of their business ventures “To Do It Right”.  Their high standards and attention to detail are apparent throughout Heritage Woods as seen in the custom cabinetry, crown moldings, granite stairs, stone walls, and the beautiful landscaping unique to Heritage Woods.
